About Floriano Plumbing Service
Floriano Plumbing Service is a Connecticut plumbing company built around two commitments: someone answers the phone, and you know the price before anyone starts working.
How we operate
We run a mobile operation across all 269 Connecticut cities and towns. There is no showroom - the trucks are the business, and they carry the parts behind the majority of repairs so most calls finish in a single visit rather than two.
Dispatch is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Overnight calls reach someone who can triage the problem and put a truck on the road, not an answering service that takes a message for the morning.
Diagnosis first
The most expensive thing in plumbing is a confident guess. A slow drain can be a hair clog or a collapsed sewer line, and those have very different price tags. So we put a camera in the line before recommending excavation, test elements and thermostats before recommending a new water heater, and read the meter before agreeing you have a hidden leak.
You see what we see. Camera footage, pressure readings, meter tests. If there is a cheaper option that will hold for a few more years, we tell you about it, even when the bigger job would pay us better.
Pricing
We quote the job, not the hour. That puts the risk of a slow diagnosis on us rather than on you, and it means the number you approve is the number you pay. If what we find is different from what you described on the phone, we stop and re-quote instead of pushing on and adding it to the bill.
