How a Stonington emergency plumbing call works
| 1. You call or send the form | We ask a few short questions about what you are seeing in Stonington, give you immediate advice on what to shut off, and book the visit. |
|---|---|
| 2. We diagnose on site | No work starts until we know what is actually wrong. For emergency plumbing in Stonington that often means testing, camera work or pressure checks first. |
| 3. You get a fixed price | One number for the whole repair, explained in plain language, with the alternative option if there is one worth comparing. |
| 4. We do the work and test it | The repair is completed, tested under pressure or under load, and the area is left clean. You get a walkthrough before we leave your Stonington property. |

Toilet had been running for months and I kept putting it off. Booked online in the morning, done by two. Cost less than I expected and they showed me what had failed.

Switched us to tankless. They actually did the sizing calculation instead of just picking a model, and the gas line got upsized properly. Endless hot water, no complaints.

What does emergency plumbing cost in Stonington, CT?
We quote the job after seeing it rather than guessing on the phone, because the same symptom can have very different causes. What we can promise is that the number is fixed before work starts, and we re-quote rather than push on if the diagnosis changes.
Do you handle emergency plumbing for businesses as well as homes in Stonington?
Yes. Restaurants, offices, retail units, rentals and multi-family buildings in Stonington are a regular part of the work, and we schedule around trading hours where we can.
Will one visit be enough?
